I arrived at the hotel at around 11pm we were 5 people, my child who was sick and kept vomiting on the bed and carpet in the room and I went to the receptionist to ask her to change my room and she told me no the hotel was full and there was nothing she could do and that I had to clean up the vomit myself. On checking online I noticed that there was availability and that I could book another one. I tell her but she tells me there's a problem with the reservation system she can't get me a room. She gave me cleaning products and towels to clean up the vomit.
Their breakfast service is poor. There are only waffles, cereals, a few apples, coffee and juice. Don't expect a full breakfast.
The towels were dirty and the sheets were not changed on the second bed we had. The bathtub was dirty with hair and dirt on the wall.
