The hotel is not a four star, the area where it is located and the architecture are 4 stars the rest is two stars.
The rooms are cleaned from above and you can find hair. The bed sheets are gnawed. The shower head was so filthy that the holes where the water comes out were clogged with lime and had bacteria that is formed by moisture when not cleaned. I had to ask on two different occasions to have it cleaned because it was disgusting how filthy it was. It is the last straw that I had to ask twice, but they charge as if it were a 4 star hotel, they did not make any discount.
To top it off in the four days I stayed at the hotel, every time I came from the street to my room not once did the key work, I always had to go downstairs and ask the front desk to format the cards again.
In short, a disastrous experience.
