2 Queen beds paid for at Marriot
Transferred to Westin right after I booked
Westin out us in a king bed room but didn’t tell me at check in so I had to go back to lobby and they told me it was the only room available but it was fine because it had a sleeper sofa
They said they would send up sheets so we could make up the sofa bed
I got to my room and it was not possible to open the sofa bed the way it was set up, so we had to move a bedside table a footstool and turn the extremely heavy sofa bed 90 degrees so we could open the sofa bed. The sofa bed had a random dirty towel made into it when we opened the sofa bed. The sheets were delivered to us and we got to make up our own sofa bed and then we went to sleep. The next day I called marriot because the Westin told me that marriot would deal with the situation. They Apollo’s gave me 30,000 marriot Bo boy points and free breakfast at the Westin. We went in for the free breakfast and placed our order. The waiter never returned to refill our coffee or water. After 42 minutes our food was delivered. And the waiter left the check and disappeared again. The breakfast was nice but it took over an hour to get food and we were starving. The bathrooms had no paper towels as we were leaving.
