A hidden gem. A 3 star motel with a 10 star rating. rating. Owner and staff are friendly and accommodating. Location is very convenient and close to train station and bus. Lots of restaurants and stores around area. We will definitely come back here again.

The staff here was si helpful to me during my stay and was even willing to accommodate me staying past checkout. The area is quiet even though the rooms are so close together. I recommend if you need a quick or a long term place to lay your head.

Literally across the street from the Juan Metro Station. Owner is incredibly polite and nice. This is a hotel you will want to stay in the night before you catch a flight or the other way around.
If you do not speak Korean there is a Vietnamese restaurant within walking distance which has a Japanese/ Mcdonalds style machine where you can choose what you would like to eat and pay for it as well.

the room and services are compliant with the description.
did not really talk with staff but seemed to be really nice. (Felt at ease)

アシアド主競技場でライブがあったので2泊利用させて貰いました。日本にもあった昔ながらのラブホという感じ。お風呂はバスタブは無くシャワーのみ。ここは、古い部屋でもラブホでも気にならないならオススメです。オーナーさんがとても親切で、旦那さんが日本語が出来て部屋の設備について細かく説明してくれ「kpop好きならこの番組が見れますよ」と気を使っていただいて、TVまでつけてくれました。ベッドは防水用なのか？暖房用なのか？分かりませんが下が少しシーツの下にカサカサビニール感感じましたが、部屋の説明の際に「寒い時はコレをつけると暖かいですよ。」と教えてもらったベッドを温める暖房器具のおかげで暖かく眠れました。掛け布団は薄いです。部屋に最初入った際は石鹸の匂いが強く気になりましたが、それも慣れで気にならなくなりました。部屋も古いのは古いですが、掃除はきちんとしてあるのを感じました。私は問題なかったですが、シャワーも温水が出にくい事もあるようですが自分で何度か試して「無理なら日本語が通じる人に 相談出来る」というのはだいぶ施設として強みだなと感じました。コンビニも近くにあり24時間営業の飲食店も近くに何店かあり便利でした。

飛行機の乗り継ぎのために、１泊しました。
朱安駅の目の前で、隣にコンビニ、周辺に飲食店も沢山あり、非常に便利でした。
ソウルの中心地とは異なり、韓国の日常風景を楽しめる立地だと思います。
入口こそ日本のラブホのような怪しげな感じでしたが、部屋の中は綺麗で、大型テレビ、エアコン、冷蔵庫、シャワー、トイレ、タオル、ガウンと一通りの設備が整ってました。
フロントの男性は日本語を話し、部屋に空きがあったので、早めにチェックインさせて頂くなど、親切にして頂きました。
