Generally the hotel was fine, the pool needs better maintenance the pigeons used it to drink, decking needs maintenance. The room was clean and tidy, no complaints, Good was pretty good, good variety. from service was prompt and efficient.
All of the hotel was okay but the cleanliness and condition of the hotel needs to be improved. Also, the service was very friendly and polite. One thing about the good service BUT, I was a little shocked and upset about the âover serviceâ. On 15th OCT Saturday, I clearly put my room on do not disturb via the room button, and I was in the other part of the room doing some stuff my on laptop, away from the main door view. The staff came in after a few knocks and I could hear someone coming into my room. To deliver fruits. I was too shocked to even say a word and I said no, I am going to check out later. He went off and did not even fully close my door. That was a very big red flag for me. What if my partner was in the room naked? I reckon the service staff did not check the service status of my room and came in just to deliver the fruits on his routine. Service staff needs to be very mindful of the privacy of hotel guests.
Long Check-in. In room Dine-in has very few options. In room Menu in dilapidated conditions. Breakfast cold and stale. Took 40 minutes to make Scrambled eggs. Muffins and breads were stable. Biryani was tasteless
I faced issue related with Room sercice and house keeping i told them in the evng to clean the room but no one fromhotel staff took initiative to get the things done till morning so i didnt like the house keeping service.
