I would like to offer a few suggestions based on my recent experience at your resort.
First, I recommend ensuring more towels and washcloths are readily available for guests. My fiancé and I had to wait three hours to receive clean, fresh towels, which unfortunately caused us to miss one of our excursions since we couldn’t shower in time. It would greatly improve the guest experience if these were consistently restocked and accessible.
Additionally, I noticed that one of the outdoor restaurants ran out of chicken and burgers and did not have any soft drinks available. It’s important to ensure that popular menu items and beverages are adequately stocked to avoid guest dissatisfaction.
Another area for improvement is attentiveness among some staff members. When I requested silverware and napkins, the staff appeared inattentive and did not respond promptly. This gave the impression that guest needs were not a priority, which can be discouraging.
Furthermore, I’d like to suggest clearer communication regarding daily activities, excursions, and restaurant schedules. A more detailed itinerary or notification system could help guests plan their time effectively and avoid confusion.
Lastly, while the overall cleanliness of the resort was satisfactory, I noticed some areas, particularly in high-traffic locations like the poolside and common lounges, could benefit from more frequent cleaning and maintenance to maintain the high standard
