Great hospitality! in the hart of Fes Medina. Owner and staff were very helpful every particular minute. They did everything to make our trip unforgettable. Highly recommend to everyone!
My friends and I stayed at this property. We had a nice check in from a friendly staff member. The room was big with lots of room and the central road area was beautiful. The tiling, garden and pool were beautiful! We ordered lunch and had it inside the riad and had some massages nearby. The staff were very friendly and more than happy to help make our stay relaxing. I would recommend this to all my friends wanting to stay in old town Fes.
Alles in allem definitiv empfehlenswert!
Desayuno no malo
The Riad is a little bit of a challenge to find you will need to park your car on the street and walk into the Medina. Probably get a guide don't pay more then 10 - 20 DH. My son and I were the only guests and it did not look like this Riad gets much use. The manager is the only employee that we saw. When I arrived she was out and my son was locked in and could not let me in. I stood on the street for almost an hour until she returned. The room was spacious however the ceiling was very low and the door ways were quite dangerous for anyone greater than 5'8" tall. The location is quite convenient for the Fes Medina. Breakfast was delicious and homemade.
The hotel is closed! Doe not exist anymore! Phone off hook. No lights on. Waited in the dark at 10 pm after a 7 hour train ride with no answer at the door.
Called hotels.com to get a refund, being that I had to find a new hotel at 10:30 at night, and sat on hold for 15 min (called the states from Morocco, so an expensive phone call) for them to tell me someone from the billing department would be in contact in 72 hours. Have not heard from anyone yet. It's been almost 2 weeks.
