The hotel has no sense of customer service, they made me pay 500 pesos for a broken glass. If you want an espresso you have to pay extra at breakfast, it's an incredible first time in my life that I've seen such rules. When you pay, the hotel doesn't have change. Really bad experience.
Marginal value with facilities in desperate need of attention. The staff were wonderful. The live music in the waiting area was fabulous and will be the one thing that makes the trip memorable.
The most far beautiful pace hotel I ever stay so much better than other hotel staff are friendly and food are delicious would like to recommend to everyone to stay here
Good hotel with a relatively high standard for the Philippines, family friendly. Price was OK. Check in was a bit late, otherwise there were no problems. I would recommend it for a stay of two to five nights.
Very disorganized. Made an appointment for manicure and pedicure but nobody was available to do my nails. Had to rebook the next day but the same thing happened. We booked for the shuttle going to the airport and we were first on the list, but they accommodated some group instead. We almost miss our flight. Also the room that they gave us smelled like mold, there were leaks on the walls and the beddings were wet with moisture so we had to transfer to another room so INCONVENIENT. I will never go back to your place again and will never recommend your place to anybody
