Finding the entrance was a little challenging, but we are so glad we stayed here. The room was spacious and comfortable with a newly remodeled bathroom. Breakfast was great, served by friendly ladies; highly recommend the omelet. The only downside is that you can't drive directly to the front door, which is a consideration if you have a lot of luggage or are mobility limited. We found the location excellent, with a short easy walk to all the sites. We particularly appreciated the secure storage of our bags for a few hours after we checked out.
It was fine. Very loud so if you're a sensitive sleeper or have difficulty falling asleep it's not good. The heater looks like a whiteboard on the wall and has one setting so it's either off and freezing or you wake up hot in the night. Shower was kind of a cave. The courtyard outside was pretty a d they had tea out all the time. Had to leave before breakfast.
Nice cozy hotel in Cusco. It is very close to the center and is also very chill and beautiful. Don't expect luxery but the place has a great bit of charm. I have stayed other places in the same price category in Cusco and this place is by far the choice I would make.
The doors is not soundproof though.
Some rooms did not have very hot water. First stayed on this hotel, was super hot water. We came back and given a diff room and water was not getting hot. So we returned to the previous room we had. RM# 13.
Lovely hotel and very centrally located. The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times, the breakfast was great and they had really thought about making it a nice place to stay with extra areas to sit inside and outside.
This was a sweet little hotel. Itâs up a lot of stairs. It will kick your butt especially cause the high altitude. The locks on the door is a little bit of a pain but worked out. Also, in the winter it is cold. The heaters are useless. Heating blankets would be better. Front personnel was always nice and breakfast is okay, simple but good.
the place was a lil hard to find, cause it's not along the street. but cleanliness, friendliness (of staff) and decor of the place is awesome. the only down side is, there's no heater in the room đ
