It’s the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel in Mexico that is truly disgusting and really disappointing. I just hope that if anyone is thinking about staying at this hotel because of the price, they don’t do it and read the reviews first.
The hotel is dirty, full of cockroaches, has very poor service, and I’m very disappointed with it.

on the upside The hotel was relatively updated and very clean. The staff resolved a couple small problems I had very quickly And graciously. The suite was enormous and a good value for the money. Definitely would stay here again. The Delta mall was a short walk away if malls are your thing. On the downside bathroom linens were a little shopworn and the hotel was starting to show its age a little. Not many local dining venues.

The hotel is very infested with cockroaches. I told them that the room they gave me had a lot of cockroaches and asked them to change my room for that reason and give me another one without cockroaches.
But it turned out to be the same, and it’s terrible to stay in rooms full of insects.
The sad thing is that in Mexico they don’t give you a refund, which is very disappointing in the country I love.

If you come with a car, the Hotel is great because it is situeted on a very big traffic- never-ending-street, but without a car to reach the convenient Metro/ Subway station, you have to walk at least 15 min. to find the Metro station Medical Center. You will walk by side a lot of traffic and smock and big shopping Centers and Malls where you find everything at high prises. On the other hand when you walk on the other side of the Hotel, 2 blocks up and cross a Viaduc, you will find very near the neighborhood Roma with very pleasant cafés, bakeries and restaurants, beautiful smelling trees and quiet streets.
