Everything about this hotel was as I expected, however, being told that I had not paid because THEY could not access my credit card details, until there-and-then, meant I had to endure 10 minutes of figuring out what happens next. Apparently Expedia do not take money out of you account, but the hotel does. Never heard or experience this but was asked to sign a transaction there and then for payment covering the room. Still out and about travelling, so don't know if I have been charged twice. Pathetic!
