While the staff are quite nice and helpful, the rooms are a little run down. The AC doesn't work very well so it was pretty hot during the night. Note that the front rooms of the hotel face a noisy street so it's best to request a room in the back if you're a light sleeper. Staff were nice and helped us change rooms because of the noise. Overall, ok place to stay, but nothing too nice.
Took some time to check-in since they couldn't find online ID or something. Superior Room isn't so clean and bathroom is small. The room itself isn't too big anyway. All basic standards. The location is just opposite the train station which is in the city center though. And WiFi is up and down. Overall, not too bad.
Standard hotel for young and budget travelers.
Pros:
Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Price.
Cons:
The shower preassure is weak.
I would reccomend this hotel only to young and budget travelers. People that is looking for comfort instead of budget look for another hotel more expensive.
Good hotel. Fantastic breakfast staff. Absolute pleasure to go to breakfast. Good food too. NOTE DO NOT DO LAUNDRY HERE. Price is 3 or 4 times outside nearby laundry.
This hotel was very nice and the room was large and comfortable. However there were a few disappointing things - the staff, while friendly, often didn't understand what I'd asked for, but since they did not immediately say so, I didn't work that out until later. they did help me to organise my ferry ticket and taxis. Breakfast was disappointing for such a nice looking hotel.

Hotel is located right by central station and the overnight bus from yangoon dropped me right off by the train station. No hot water and internet was spootty at times.

Hotel was opposite the railway station which was great for us as we caught the 4 am train to Hsipaw. The main pagodas we wanted to see were a short taxi drive away. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as well for a budget hotel. We would stay again.
