The staff were very friendly and location was amazing however the room was in dire need of a renovation. Although the room was somewhat comfortable, it lacked basic amenities like ample outlets, decent lighting, newer/refreshed bedding and bathroom amenities like newer towels.

I booked thru Expedia, got my confirmation number, but once I got to the hotel they said they didn’t have any reservation.
I wasn’t the only person there with the same problem. If they see that it’s happening with a lot of potential customers why don’t they (Mallorca hotel) call Expedia and tell them that they don’t have any rooms available?
It really sucks because it was a long flight, and we had to go thru that and to top it off we still had to find some where eles to stay. Very frustrating.

This is has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at
And the service mid day was the worst ever it’s smelled in both rooms i was switched to no running water we couldn’t shower or even use the restroom or brush our teeth complete don’t recommend !!!!

My wife had a two-night reservation. The hotel didn't check her in until 11:00 PM. There was no water in the room. She left in the morning. There has been no response to her refund request. Terrible hotel.

La propiedad es muy vieja, la habitación era muy pequeña y las camas tenían chinches, tuve que pedir que me cambiaran de habitación, el personal se portó muy bien y me resolvieron inmediatamente, me asignaron una habitación más grande y que aparentemente no se veían chinches, sin embargo salí con muchas picaduras de insectos. El elevador se tarda mucho y una ocasión no se quería abrir, lo cual me dio un poco de miedo, hay otro elevador más pequeño que funciona mejor. Las sábanas tenían agujeros y se veían muy viejas. Las alfombras en los pasillos también muy viejas. La llave de la puerta se atoraba, son llaves convencionales, las televisiones son obsoletas. La ubicación es buena, hay de todo cerca, a un lado hay un supermercado.
