The room door was not closing-the repairman came at midnight after 10 minutes of trying to repair he said it will take at least one hour. They didn’t want to change our room. We had to use a chair to close and secure the door. We asked for a refund at the reception and they said it’s not possible- only by email and the manager didn’t want to talk to us over the phone. While doing our checkout the repair man was trying to repair and was still working on it when we left. Ultimately the management responded to my claim stating that we didn’t want to repair at midnight therefore it wasn’t their problem after multiple exchanges by email we did not receive any reimbursements or apologize- avoid this place until management is changed. There is enough better place in this area.
