Great Choice!
We didn’t know what to expect as we booked this hotel last minute, but ended up being the perfect place for us. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the rooms we’re comfortable with great views. The hotel restaurant was amazing! Would defiantly recommend to family and friends.

A pleasant surprise!
We were pleasantly surprised by this conveniently located, relatively small hotel. Rooms were spacious and very clean and comfortable for larger families, and service was exceptional, at every step along the way. Location was also convenient for getting around the museums and parks near the zoo/castille/anthro museum area. Not too far from La Condesa as well.

First, the pricing was fair, considering I was traveling alone. The property was conveniently located within walking distance from some of the main attractions, including the Bosque de Chapultepec, the Castle, Anthropology Museum, and Angel of Independence. The area was safe for me to walk to nearby locations in the early morning and night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant at the Terraza was delicious and had great views and atmosphere. My room and the hotel in general was very clean and quiet. This stay exceeded my expectations and will stay here again if I come back to Mexico City.

Hotel was great. Room was great except the bed did not have a mattress. Instead it was only box springs very uncomfortable and as we did not discover this until 10 at night we stayed in this uncomfortable bed

Property is very old. Mold all over bathroom. Ground in dirt everywhere. It’s just too old to be clean or comfortable but I bet when new it was a lovely place. The communication and service and people were excellent. The property itself bad but the workers wonderful. If stay ask high floor it’s not as noisy with a main busy highway below.

The room does not match the description and pictures, we booked an executive suite, which shows the space is 750 square feet. But it's actually a different one with no wood floor, just rough concrete floor. And the size is < 350 square feet.
The decoration is pretty old, and there furnitures and walls have obvious wear, the door locker is loose. And there's some smell of moldy smell
But the front desk is pretty helpful, they offered to switch back to the one as picture described in the second day.
The dryer is broken (please be aware not all of them has a laundry in unit), and it can only dry 3 small clothes at a time, or else it will stop working periodically.
The location is good, it's nearby grocery of 7-11 and pharmacies and has some restaurants nearby.

Decent property but the room was in horrible condition. Scratch marks all over the bed frame, toilet doesn’t flush correctly (had to open the lid and add water), and the floor was all dusty…I think the tiles on the floor are causing it to be difficult to sweep. The ac works well but it’s directly blowing on your face since it’s above the bed frame.

Tienen dos torres. Una que esta renovada y otra que no. Nos toco la que no estaba renovada, ademas no funcionaba el elevador a nuestro piso. La habitation era grande, cómoda pero muy viejita. Nos mudaron a la otra torre mas moderna y la habitación era hermosa pero muy venia mucho ruido de la calle. El desayuno buenísimo y la atención de todos excelente. Volvería y pediría una habitación no tan ruidosa porque no estoy acostumbrada a dormir con tanto ruido.

O quarto é bem diferente da foto. Aparenta ser um hotel 5 estrelas, todo iluminado mas na verdade é um quarto com à disposição totalmente diferente, todo cinza e um banheiro pequeno. O que salva é o atendimento de todos que ali trabalham.

Es mentira que tiene estacionamiento, apenas y tiene algunos espacios, yo reservé por el estacionamiento y tuve que dejar mi carro en una pensión que me salió carísimo, el personal simplemente te dice que no hay porque otros huéspedes si traen más de un carro no se les niega el cajón, muy desagradable el trato del recepcionista Óscar pues simplemente se negó a darme el servicio que mi reserva claramente incluía, no gasten aquí
