I travel about twice a month, and this is the worst experience I ever had.
During the week after I booked, the manager told me I was overbooked, and that he needed to downgrade me for a night, which I accepted.
Three days before my travel, he contacted me again to tell me that becauise he continued to overbook, he now had to cancel totaly my booking, offering no real options but the name of another hotel that might still have room. When I made it clear that I expected him to cover the extra expenses caused by his behaviour, he then found me a "room" in his hotel.
The "room" was the smallest I ever seen. One adult can only stand up directly in front of the bed. It reeked of fresh paint.
The hotel and its neightboorhood was seedy. When I arrived, two junkies were laying on the side of the entry and sollicitated me for money. Inside the hotel, people were sitting on the stairs, chatting loudly with each other, the girls clothes leaving no doubt about their profession.
I would not recommand this "hotel" to anybody. Avoid at all cost.
