I booked an Executive Twin room for 2 male family members, however received a double bed. Not happy. Due to lack of information from staff, we had no idea how to access the carpark and room as the gates were locked (after hours).
Rang the after hours number, where the staff member was not Happy
I booked this online as a pet friendly booking
The manager was rude and obnoxious and denied me entry even tho I had paid in full snd would not refund me
This is a very bad advert for Wotif if they canât even get their booking right
