I booked this property and realised that in the fine print at the bottom of the email they require to to check 24 hours prior via contacting them through email as they have no reception.
I booked less than 24 hours and when I was 2 hours away from the property and I contacted them in order to gain check in information just to be informed that due to a “technical error” there were no rooms available.
Had I not have emailed them first trying to gain information I would have arrived to discover no one there and that I had no accomodation.
I then had to contact them again after still not having received my refund a week later.
Wotif were the ones to sort out the refund. I would not book these apartments again based on this experience.
