The entire staff was exceptional, but Dale was EXTRAORDINARY! At multiple times during our 4 day/3 night stay he was focused on providing wonderful service. It was not forced, totally natural.

Lovely hotel in great location. Could use a little revamp — carpet in my room worn and ripped. Room and bathroom very dark. Not enough light to put on makeup. Nice staff, good happy hour with music. And a fireplace in the lobby!

This was a quaint hotel in a very convenient location, with subways nearby and a short walk to Greenwich Village, Soho, and other areas. The staff was helpful and accommodating. The lounge area was welcoming, and we enjoyed Happy Hour there. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining room was pleasant. The other guests seemed friendly as well, giving the hotel a hip, fun vibe.
