This is a superb hotel. The rooms are tastefully decorated, the staff are charming and very helpful. The bed was super-comfy and the bathroom was large with lots of hot water and good quality products.

Lovely hotel with great staff, we couldn’t believe everything was included in the price (coffee shop food and drinks, mini bar, breakfast) great location for central historic area. A bit more hectic than Roma Norte where we stayed before but stunning buildings and good for shopping

Great and Professional Customer Service from both the front desk staff and the staffs from the restaurant offering free breakfast. Hotel location is great easy to walk around in the city downtown center area, 10 minutes walk to Palacio De Belle Artes, Zocalco etc. A lot of restaurants around the hotel. 10 minutes walk to Allende , Zocalo or Belle Artes Metro Station. The Hotel offering free Coffees and snacks which is included in the room rate. Strongly recommend to foreign tourist who are willing to find a best hotel in the Historical Center of Mexico City.

Great location. Easy to walk to central square and surrounding museums. Felt very safe. Free walking tour hotel offers was very good. Cafe very good - having that included in room price on top of breakfast makes it brilliant value. We stayed 8 nights and tried all of menu at cafe, nothing disappointed. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Book upgraded room, worth the small extra cost. Sorry to have to leave!
