I was told to park in the wrong place, ended up paying 3x the price for parking. Rooms are clean, bathroom could be cleaner. Mold on the shower head. No hot water on the last day. Good location, but they donât tell you about the âtourist taxâ - which is nonsense!
Shower took forever to drain so had to stop it twice before it flooded that bathroom. Two out of three bulbs out on bathroom so poor lighting, aircon unit was exceptionally noisy
I really enjoyed this gem of a hotel near Liverpool Town Hall. Itâs set in a beautifully preserved historic building with stylish, modern interiors. The bed was comfortable and spotless, and the views from the room were stunning. Iâd definitely stay here again!
On arrival there was rubbish left on the windowsill whcih looked like drink csrrier. There was hair on rhe floors, on the bed and on the towel. The towel was ripped and well overused. I get its a 3 stat but still you expect normal basic cleanliness. Plus inwore white socks which agter walking along the floor last night, theyre now a shade of brown.
Staff were lovely and the room itself was nice enough, however the windows are single pane and one wasnât even able to fully close. There were constant seagulls screaming/fighting on the window ledge all night and due to it being single pane glass they might as well have been in the bedroom with me. To upgrade the windows to double glazing will make an enormous difference to the experience in the room, as I know nothing can be done about the birds/outside noise. Also, an added tea station in the rooms would be a lovely bonus.
Good central location and great price beds so uncomfortable i had to go and buy my own pillows! No clean linnen or towels because we spens 3 nights we had to go and ask! No kettle in room and coffee machine in reception was broken hallway stunk of weed we reported it nothing was done.. but we oynises hotel to sleep at night so for the money it was ok
