Very nice hotel recommended for family & holiday
Very nice hotel. The room was big (Renovated Deluxe Twin Room), very clean and well decorated, with a sofa, and a long desk. There was not a lot of space to store the clothes, but the big drawer in the coffer was enough. Big bathroom, very clean too, with shower cabin and bathtub. The buffet for breakfast was really delicious.
Most of the staff did not speak English very well, but they were very kind and pleasant, and made their best to be helpful: you just have to be patient. Laundry service is available but expensive, and there is no coin laundry in the hotel. But there is a self-service laundry at 2 blocks (the reception staff will show you the place on the map).
The hotel is well located at 7-8min walking distance from Namboku Subway Line: Nakajima Koen station, at 3 stops from Sapporo Railway Station. The terminal/departure of the airport shuttle bus is also in the same area. There are not many restaurant close to the hotel, but Susukino is at 10min walking distance.
