Definitely wont be back there again. Booked 2 nights but after the first night i left the next morning. Crack tiles. Shower drainage problem. Power sockets seems to be not working. Next door room was wide open with no one inside and it was messy. At first i dont expect much for the price i paid but this is just a no for me. Sorry i just cant.
Customer service at front desk is very good. Accommodative. Along street, u can find food like KFC, a mini mart which is like cold storage, etc. From day 1 to day 3, the water in bathroom is not hot.
very bad.the room bad odour and breakfast slow to topup. massage lady can ask tips frm the client.it should the client who should willingly give tips to them. it needs more improvement.
Staff demand tips of the amount he wanted, refused to leave even when we told him our Rp not enough loose change. Offered SGD equivalent also refused. Told him tomorrow then give also refused. My husband had to insist he leave. He even peep in n talk to me while I in bed.
2nd day air con won't work. 3 staff came 1 at a time and they expected we give tips too.
Though we usually g8be when overseas, but not as per staff's demand.
No kettle , no cup. Only 2 bath towel.
Breakfast buffet style, simple but edible .
Totally disappointed and felt unsafe throughout our stay.
Out of shopping area .
No shuttle bus service .
Need to take taxi fm ferry/batam ctr and Nagoya Hill.
Won't dare to go back .
Rooms is ok but there was alot of small cockroaches. Told the front office for two days and they says will take care of it but still persists. Not as good as skyinn express which i stay before. Checked the toilet and mirror glass cabinet was broken and was not fixed, cant place my toileteress there.
