El hotel es Bonito y estĂĄ bien ubicado, buen restaurante y buena piscina. Lo que empañó mi estancia fue que no habĂa agua caliente y no lo pudieron solucionar.
Classy hotel with super friendly staff who spread good vibes and amazing customer service. The (free!) sauna and jacuzzi are also so relaxing after a long day of work. Highly recommend!
The property is given wrong star. This property is like max 3 star. Place is not clean. Most of things doesn't work including elevator,light and it's in construction currently.
Parking is very narrow limited space in a basement and difficult to enter for bigger cars like SUV. Very limited supply of toiletries and you get one towel and old

Even though it's location is in one of Addis Ababa's busy streets, a few meters from most shopping malls and tourist attractions, you will enjoy the serenity once you enter the hotel.Most of the staff are friendly,welcoming and professional.
It wasnât bad. There is no access to temperature control of the rooms. There were cracks in the bathroom and the food menu didnât provide all of the items actually available in the kitchen.
However, the staff are very friendly and responsive.
From what I saw, the property is just okay. Itâs located around a lot construction so when you open windows thereâs a lot noise. I didnât get a chance to visit the hotel as I was self quarantine in my room for 2 days. Improvement are needEd for the food choices and the service staff to listen and deliver as ordered. Each meal I ordered had some thing wrong with and had to to returned which takes about 1 hour.
One of the person who is short dark skin at front desk are mean and he tried to overcharge me and I had to go to a different person because of his service did not like it. also room service and the bar take forever when you order something not a good place to eat when youâre hungry.
I traveled during CoVid 19, which makes the trip diferent than most. Hand sanatizers were placed at higher traffic areas (front counter and resturaunt). Front desk sanatizer was empty every time and resturant was empty by day 2.
Open self-serve breakfast even during this time, however very few cases in the country.
Phone instructions in room said "dial 9 then number" for local, but turned out must dial 0 and be patched through. Some slight service slips were not bad. Staff was not rude, but less friendly than the first hotel we stayed in. Perhaps a little xenophobic at that stage in the pandemic.
Great hot water shower and comfortable beds! Overall pleased with our stay. They changed us the same price on our early check in day as the pre-paid night. That was very helpful.
