The staff is rude, starting with the all-day present ''bouncers'' in the lobby. The breakfast is very limited and runs till 10h30, while trying to eat the leftovers (almost ran out of everything even 1 hour before closure) you are surrounded by the noisy staff preparing for lunch service. I asked for an Americano coffee this morning and the waiter started an argument that it was the same as a black coffee and just didn't want to provide it. The electric plugs are not properly working in the room. We had a staff to check them and the very same night they failed again resulting in us, my wife and I, missing batteries for our experiences, pictures and Uber orders. The Main Entrance is very crowded and receptionist were busy during check in / out. The concierge won't answer the phone and the best part is, I'm an SPG Gold member with more than 79 stays in SPG hotels. I always get an upgrade or some perks, free drinks, activities etc. Upon checking-in I was told that since we booked with Expedia, we weren't getting any upgrades, points or anything else. I am terribly unsatisfied and they just lost a long time client. I will send my money to the Burj, the Four Seasons or any other 5 stars hotel in Dubai looking to connect with a young entrepreneur that likes to spend.
