There are other brands in the same building and they are rude to residents who are not with their brand. The hotel is a good hotel but with a few changes could be excellent. The rooms are spacey with nice views and the beds very comfortable BUT the lifts are a total nightmare with queuing and overcrowding commonplace. We stayed 3 nights and didn’t get our room cleaned once. Housekeeping seemed over loaded with too much work on. We called down for extra towels to use the pool and I’m still waiting for those! There’s not enough sun beds at the pool. We didn’t get to use one at all during our stay which isn’t ideal for a winter sun break! Breakfast is in the sister hotel next door which is strange because they won’t let you use the pool in this hotel…….
