Room was very spacious and decor was nice. Sofa was dusty and needed cushions, quite uncomfortable without them.
Some staff were very rude ... There are other brands in the same building and they are rude to residents who are not with their brand. A staff member in the bat looked to get me to pay MYR500 cash to himself for a better table at new years eve!
