We loved this hotel. The house keeping Lady "Franny" was sooooo awesome she was one of the biggest reasons we stayed and always came back.. Your the best Mammas... Thank you everyone for making us feel like Family and Having our Lunah be the "Mascot" of Interstate Inn..
Our bathtub in the shower was not, idk, like attached to the floor? It was like standing on a water bed the way it would ripple as you moved or shifted your weight on your feet while showering. It was so weird and dangerous. There was grease/black tar all over the tub which clearly had not been washedâŠGross but I guess I canât have high expectations considering how much I paid.
Filthy!!! Rude staff!!! Entered my room while I was at work after asked not too!! Only stayed 1 night of a 3 night reservation and the hotel and Expedia refused to refund any of it!!!

Could be better if they do a deep cleaning. There is a funny smell throughout the room , when we got in, the window was opened but it still have a strong smell. Baseboards and the furniture could use a good dusting, bath tub, shower looks very dirty , the mirrors and faucet sinks could use same attention when cleaning. The first impression is very important and there was water marks everywhere in the bathroom. The staffs are very nice and accommodating Check in was perfect timing. Breakfast was satisfactory. I hope you see this review not as a complaint but more like a help to improve your services.
There was a definate language barrier. Although the staff spoke limited English, they did not understand English. All they could do was repeat a script of what they were taught.
When they didn't understand my questions because I couldn't understand them, they just shouted and repeated their answer. Breakfast was not what I expected. Very limited choices. No staff around to help. It was fend for youself and the other guests. Needless to say, I won't be staying here again.
