Terrible !! We didn't even stay there! check in was awfull had to give my license he kept it !! The checkin was out side at a window with bars !!! Felt like jail !! My husband and I looked at the room and I pulled back the bedcover there was long black hair on the!! pillow !! we left I got my licnexe back and we stayed at the Marriot at the Long Beach Plaza airport Didn't even ask for a refund ! I could care less Take them of your list !! It was embarrassing ! It was not even worth 20 dollars not $87.00
The door lock was unable to be deadbolted ( misaligned).
The towels were old and not even a full size bath towel .
The pillows were not comfortable .
The stairwell and parking were very trashy and dirty .
The room smelled of some sort incense and overall was clean and tidy .
Check in office made me think that the area wasnât too safe ~ walk up window.
Dirty and dusty. Very poor customer service. Very rude manager / front desk staff or owner or supervisor. He's all-in-one meanest and most rude hotel personnel we've ever met. Not a comfort place to stay. Such a waste of money.
We were doing a job right down the street from the hotel. The job was cancelled until next weekend. When we tried to change the dates, they were very rude about it and would not let us do it, not even for a fee.
It was a last minute choice for us to stay there. He upped the price when we got there. (Online I stated there would be 3 adults, apparently in person that makes the price go up.) He said the room was freshly painted. Not even close. The room was hotter than it was outside. The second room never even got cool. There was make up on one of the bed sheets. And the floors were filthy. I'm glad we were only there for 1 night. But I'd much rather sleep on my car next time.
