In general the stay was comfortable and convenient.
The wi-fi / internet was consistently poor throughout the stay, with frequent distortions and interruptions in communication.
Most disappointing was the theft of money from the room, and the Hotel's seeming unwillingness to follow up on the reported theft. Guests are strongly advised to lock all money and valueables in the safe provided in the room.
From the beginning to the end, it was a bad experience in dealing with Red Ruby, and I would never recommend any travelers to visit the website or stay with your hotel.
The room they have on the image and the one they put you in as a standard are completely different. When you as them the staff brings a paper to prove thatâs what you rented online and rudely stops you there. This place is terrible for no restaurant service and hotel service. Simply the worst hotel experience ever in westlands.
I booked through expedia but the staff at reception could not locate my booking and was asking for printed evidence and payment. Guess they are not used to online bookings. The beddings were torn and stained. There was loud disturbing noise early in the morning from the restaurant and had no choice but to wake up. Will never consider the hotel again leave alone mentioning it to a friend.
