The interior of the rooms and the shaded common areas where we had breakfast were so charming. The city of Coyoacán is a treasure and we felt the best area to stay in during our vacation.
The massage service through a 3rd party wasn't responsive, so don't expect that - but the food in the town, the walkability, and the culture were all super pleasant. The hotel staff were also really kind and helpful.
Overall a beautiful location and hotel to visit the Frida Kahlo house and home base for visiting Mexico city.

The boutique hotel which was formerly a university library served an amazing breakfast every morning in the cobble stoned courtyard. our family took advantage of the wonderful location which was a short walk from all the action in Mexico City's oldest neighborhood, Coyoacan. The staff was beyond helpful, even switching our rooms due to a cleaning product smell. The decor was simple yet effective and the tree and plant life throughout the property provided hours of enjoyment. We will definitely stay at Casa Moctezuma again next time we're in town.

We had a wonderful stay. Staff were friendly, and always willing to help. The bed was comfortable, the room was nice and quiet and dark for sleeping at night. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was a lovely bonus. Our bed and room was made and tidied every day. The *one* inconsistency was the shower, it was hard to get the temperature just right.
The location was perfect for our needs and desires, as we could walk to the market, the centre of Coyoacán, to Casa Azul, the corner stores and restaurants. The deck of casa Moctezuma was perfect for our evening drinks and morning coffee and breakfast.
I’d highly recommend staying here and definitely want to go back
