We booked a stay for three nights through Expedia. After two nights, we had to move to a smaller room, as the hotel claimed the original room was needed otherwise. We did not get a refund for the price difference, and we never received a written confirmation about the situation from them, which we could have sent to Expedia, although we were promised multiple time that we get one "later".
We then also complained about this to Expedia, and the hotel never responded to them either.
So the hotel is okay as long as all goes well, but you get no support in case of problems. I suggest you book elsewhere.
