The elevator was broken on arrival, we booked as they advertised a pool that was also out of order unknown to us untill check in and a ice machine that was cause wet slippery floors . Low water pressure in shower and uncomfortable beds this was my 4th year to stay at this location and the only bad experience except the pool thats actually always been closed i will never return to this location although i have a annual trip to this town
Stopped for one night on our way to Maine. Very pleased with the hotel and the friendly staff. Clean and attractive lobby and room. It was nice to be able to walk across the parking lot to have dinner at Panera Bread. Would not hesitate to stay here again.
It was okay. The housekeeping was absolutely phenomenal. The floor underneath the table near sofa was loose carpet tiles. The breakfast was mediocre. Not stocked sufficiently. Got down there at 9 and it was slim pickings. Stayed down there until breakfast closed and still did not replenish the meats or eggs/omelets. Meanwhile I saw maintenance and breakfast guy responsible going to take a smoke break in the front. Also a disappointment the pool was closed- wish there was a way for that to be made known at time of reservation as it was apparent it was out of commission for awhile.
Our stay was fine. Nice staff, beds comfy, room quiet, good AC. The only problem we encountered was a poorly flushing toilet. Breakfast buffet was good.
Visiting the Village. Have stayed here more times than I can remember. Very pleasant and quite quiet. You do have to ask for room clean-up extra towels etc., unless you're doing an extended stay.
Very clean, Friendly. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work. Soap dispenser should be on wall where even short people can reach it. Also shower floor slippery especially when using soap. But all in all, a nice stay.
