The staff would not hand over the keys until they demanded more money in cash than we were quoted from Expedia and as it was non-refundable we had no option but to pay. They put us in a different property with no ocean view and have not refunded our deposit.
We were made to feel so unwelcome by the woman checking us in, she was not listening, refused to talk to Expedia and woudl not let us have our keys until we paid something they called an 'Expedia fee' in cash.

We had a pretty good stay. Good location and really nice with the AC. Downside is that the reception is far from the rooms and that they charge you pretty much for the cleaning and then some cost for the booking site so look that up before booking. Overall it was a good stay!

Worst customer service ever. Even have a sign that says “the customer is not always right”. I’ve never had to pay a deposit to stay in a room before 200 euro is ridiculous. They also make you pay for extra fees in cash only. There were alot of disappointed people in reception. The reception was also a 20 minute walk from where I was staying. They also charged me double for city tax and cleaning as I was staying in a double bed room so they charged me for 2 people. Not worth the money at all - highly do not recommend.

The check in is very far away from the actual lodging place, not to mention check in people were extremely rude. The place wasn't clean and they wouldn't give back deposit for some reason. Felt like scam.

The policies of this hotel are scam-adjacent, and everyone I met who was staying there was very unhappy with their treatment. For a new traveller, using the QR code to check in and having to check in at a different address to the venue was a bit of a challenge. I couldn't find the check in address to check out and the process was a bit daunting. There were many people who were unaware of the requirement to provide a EU200 security deposit that would not be refunded until two weeks after checking out and were upset about the rule.

It was a disaster. There was no hotel. Just an office where they wanted 300€ more. Flag. They only took cash. This is for a previously paid in full hotel room. They would not disclose where the hotel was until you paid. There is no telling where i would have been sent. Probably a dump hostel instead of the 3☆ hotel I paid for. It was almost 21:00, in the slums of Napoli, I had luggage and no where to go. Back to the train station to Caserta. A beautiful place. That whole affair was a scam. Stay clear, I was not the only one. There were several of us in that boat. Scam.

Perfect location, good service and cheap
First and formost, the service is amazing at this hotel. Also, you can't get a hotel this good and cheap in such a great location with walking distance to both Centro Storico and Quartieri Spagnoli.
The rooms are slightly above okay, but it is as said, cheap, so nothing negative about that, you get what you pay for and nothing is bad. Just don't expect a luxary hotel. I would stay here again!

The room you “booked” is not what you get. You get instructions on what to do. Once you do the instructions and go to your accommodation there is a separate sign and QR code that says this is the wrong place, you have to go somewhere else to get your actual instructions. It’s a bit of a scam/ game. I met other people who were at the reception (Turkish guy who I helped translate what was going on) who said the same thing but there was nothing any of us could do about it. There’s a cleaning fee they also charge you in cash only because they don’t want record of it (separate of the tourist/ hotel tax). They say it’s a combination of both. Worst part is Expedia knows of this and the agent on live chat told me Expedia can’t do anything about this scam. I took some videos and photos of how dirty and bad this place is but Expedia doesn’t seem to care either. There are other reviews saying the same thing as this too upon further review. If Expedia cared they would have done something about this already. Avoid this place at all costs.

Horrible check in and navigation services. Hard to get to. Room smelled like new paint and was not properly ventilated. No security no peephole

Awful customer service, check in woman is so rude. Plus they charge you €4 to hold a suitcase and €5 for a cleaning fee. Trying to charge for every little thing they can. Oh and they want this in cash.

Booking expecting 3 stars, on arrival at the reception was surprised that it is 4 stars and then disappointed when you actually get into the room which is more like 2 stars. The reception staff was lovely and the actual hotel(?) is on one floor of a seaparate building. What disappointed me was the room is literally bare minimum (dont even have kettle or cups for tea and coffee) and the shower door was falling apart. It also change towels every 3 days. Good side is its quite close to city centre and good resturants around as well as a working air con and fridge.
