Even though I paid for B/B but was told I cannot breakfast because I booked on line. At least they could have offered me to pay extra but were not interested.
I came 30 minutes before check-in time, I was chased away because they were still cleaning. It is not what was said that was a problem but the manner in which it was said. The least they could have done is to offer me a chair even outside and ask me to wait.
I asked for my invoice the minute I walked in as I need to use it to claim for my trip. To date I have not received anything despite several requests.
