Just being honest, my stay was below expectations. The room was not in good condition. The walls were damaged, the shower leaked lots of water on the floor, and the door lock was damaged. It not comparable to the Springhill Suites in Tifton Georgia which was the reason I stayed there again.
Room was spacious to spread out and relax in. But the bathroom setup wasnât greatâno body wash or shampoo, and there was a leak from the tub that didnât get fixed even after I mentioned it. Ended up using towels just to mop things up after showers.
Breakfast was meh. Scrambled eggs were burnt, and the apple juice tasted more like flavored water than actual juice.
Overall, the room itself was decent, but it felt like the small stuff didnât get the attention it needed.
Oscar was absolutely Amazing, great personality, wonderful customer service skills and excellent people skills. Oscar represented THE SPRING HILL well.
Convenient location close to restaurants shopping
Safe and on 141 .. Friendly staff and neat place
This is our go to location when staying in a hotel in this area.
AC should be central. Blowing cold air at your face in bed is not very nice! The door to bathroom should not be glass, so bright when someone turns on light in the middle of the night!!
On 141 and close to Shopping , many Indian shopping malls and temples. Great Clean rooms. Early Coffee. Breakfast Buffett is excellent. Always something for vegetarians. Friendly staff.
A drinking glass had food on it, the ice bucket tray had dry food on it also. The bathroom mirror had smear stains and the tissue holder was empty. I was locked out of my room and made 3 trips back downstairs for a new key while carrying my food. There was no empathy from the front desk clerk. She was conversing with the breakfast lady and was not at her desk. I waited several minutes for her to return. Not a pleasant experience. Extremely disappointing for $160 a night.
