Less than impressed
Based of the rating we chose this hotel. They had checked in someone under my reservation which lead to confusion to the staff when I attempted to check in.
The front desk was very friendly and apologetic.
The building walking in had questionable patrons that appeared to be on some sort of stimulant. The hallways smelled of marijuana. There has been an attempt at updating the hotel but it was done cheaply.
Once in the room the toilet would not flush, the heater had a burning smell, the tv did not work and all the sheets were visibly soiled.
We decided at that point we did not want to stay and asked for a refund. The front desk checked us out but I have yet to receive a refund. I would highly caution staying at this hotel with a family. We never made it to the pool area but I have a hard time believing it was any better than the rest of the facility.
