Dear Hotel Manager,
I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction following my stay at your establishment, particularly during the night of December 5-6, 2023. As a regular client who frequently stays in hotels for work purposes, I am accustomed to a certain level of comfort and quietness. Unfortunately, my recent experience at your hotel was far from satisfactory.
During the evening of December 5, I experienced excessive noise, including loud voices, crying, and slamming doors, persisting into the early hours, between 2:30 AM and 5:30 AM. These disturbances greatly affected me, disrupting my sleep and consequently, my professional performance the following day.
I understand that some incidents are beyond your control, but I am disappointed in the way the situation was handled, or rather, the apparent lack of management of this situation. As a customer, I expect a peaceful and safe environment from the hotel.
I would also like to bring to your attention that if the occupants responsible for the nuisances are still lodged near my room (404), I would like to be relocated to another area of the hotel for the remainder of my stay. (Calm section)
Up to this point, I have always appreciated the quality of your services, but unfortunately, this incident has marred my experience. I hope that measures will be taken to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future and I await an adequate response from you to this situation.
Thank you for your attention to this complai
