Phuket is, overall, a very family-friendly destination, with most restaurants welcoming travellers with children. There are dining spots that are slightly better suited to the needs of kids than others, both in terms of practical provisions such as high chairs and play areas, as well as considerations like the atmosphere and cost.

Phuket’s restaurant scene is certainly not lacking in high-quality dining experiences, with great local and international dishes available. Our list below details the best restaurants for families in Phuket, offering cuisine that's suitable for just about everyone, even picky eaters.

Dino Park Mini Golf has an excellent prehistoric-themed restaurant within its premise. The decor is unique, with walls, chairs, tables and floors fashioned out of chunky concrete ‘rocks’. The restaurant's waitstaff even dress like characters from The Flintstones. Due to Dino Park Mini Golf's open layout, it’s best to go there when the weather is dry and sunny. You can also enjoy a round of mini golf at the 18-hole course, which has different dinosaurs at each hole. It's challenging in parts, but still doable for young players.
