The hotel was very nice and the workers was helpful given their circumstances the elevator was out of order so it was extra work for them BUT they did their best to commend us and we appreciate that all and all Yes I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again also the indoor pool is a big bonus for me and my family
The room was clean, beautiful and spacious, however, the hot water was not working the entire stay. We made sure to tell front desk, However, the repairs were unable to be made before check out.
Although the manager, James, was very nice, our overall stay was subpar. We were staying for 7 nights, on our 4th night we lost hot water. We weren't notified until our 6th night after we called the front desk. We were told at that point they had an issue with the boiler.
Their internet was also very poor - making it difficult to get work done or even watch the TVs in the room.
The elevator's inspection date had also expired which was disturbing.
The suite was spacious and clean upon checkin. The checkin and checkout experience was great. The only complaints I have are that there was just one small garbage can in the whole suite. It was in the bathroom. We didnât have one in the kitchen, which seemed strange. Additionally, the first coffee mug I pulled out of the cabinet to use was filthy. It had brown debris on the inside and looked as if it had not been washed. There was also a spoon that looked dirty that I took from the drawer to use.
It's time for a new mattress on the king bed the mattress was flat and hard. The color on the television in the sitting room is about gone as the screen was blue.
The room was clean and comfortable. When arriving at the hotel the run wasnât ready for 3oâclock for some reason. I had to wait. It was extremely warn in the lobby and hall.
