Quick 12 hour stay. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Very quiet stay as well. Firm bed. Hotel towels. Interior design is a bit funky, but otherwise great stay. Would stay again.
We specifically picked this hotel because we needed a 3rd bed (place to sleep). The listing shows a pull out couch but it was so hard and uncomfortable. Definitely not the same as other less expensive hotels.
Also, the fact that there was no free continental breakfast was frustrating especially for the price we paid. There was no vent in the bathroom.
Itâs under renovation so thatâs why it gets one less star on cleanliness but for a courtyard Marriott probably the best one Iâve stayed at. Staff is excellent and friendly. Remodeled rooms are nice. Itâs great for what it is and the value.
My room was fantastic however due the amount of construction going on I could not work in the lobby area. It is disappointing that you could let me know in advance otherwise the rating would have been much higher.
As soon as we walked in we were met by the front desk and she was kind and friendly. It was so appreciated because we stayed because my husband had surgery the next day at Barnes Jewish.
The only issue i had was the room this time was not in the best shape. The coffee maker was dirty and full of grounds and the shower and bathrrom were a bit run down
The room was nice and I appreciated the cloudy sky wall as opposed to typical hotel "art". However, the bathroom sink faucet had very low flow and took about 3-4 min to get warm (not hot) water to trickle out. The manager sent a plumber but he was not much help. They offered a different room but we declined as we had all our stuff arranged and would be there just 1 more night. Also the toilet was pretty short.
