I had a 5 night stay here. I had never stayed at a Best Western. This was a pleasant surprise. I liked it. Like any hotel, you need to do your own cleaning but very good. The lobby smells wonderful, if only the rooms smelled just as nice. Many guys hanging around in front of the building at night is a bit concerning but I carry pepper spray. Receptionist was nice, not too warm and fuzzy. Beds very comfy. It was very quiet which was appreciated. Overall I felt comfortable and safe. I’m glad I stayed here.

The rooms were good and clean. But the service!! They don't want to talk to you or do anything to help. Breakfast items not refilled even once. Ice maker broken! Not a single machine in the gym working. Not one!! Even the weights. See the pictures.

Book this place without a doubt! The best Best Western ever!!!! This property is spotless, renovated and incredibly well-maintained! If you're looking for a place near the airport, this is definitely worth considering. Plus, there are plenty of great spots nearby, and a 24/7 Ihop located right next door! Thanks to Mona and Jimit for taking really good care of everything we needed! Will definitely plan my upcoming stays at this place!

I have zero complaints about our stay. It's not the fanciest hotel, but it was clean, the staff was friendly, check in was fast and easy, bed and pillows were comfortable. I love that there's no carpet in the rooms! Breakfast included and coffee in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again.

Decent stay on a budget

Seemed to be a new renovation of the property. Staff was a little disorganized, but friendly. Close to restaurants and shopping. Bed was comfortable. The sink was a slow drainer. The AC/Fan was very loud when it ran its cycles. Elevators were out of order until the 2nd day of our stay so lugging suitcases up a long flight of stairs was no fun, but manageable. The breakfast had a decent offering and free 24 hr coffee (although out front) was nice. Love the bottle refilled! Overall a decent stay and a good deal.

Lighting is harshly bright throughout, including rooms. Some mildew spots in shower. As others have noted, distinct cigarette odor in halls. Bed was comfortable enough, but one comforter was stained. Mostly quiet. AC in building and room seemed to be struggling. If I had to do it over again, would have paid a little bit more and stayed elsewhere.
