Three elevators only one of them in service on a busy holiday weekend. Why? If that was the case, âok, no problemâ but for the long lines of having to wait for the elevator, comp my parking cost. Which by the way is also high.
It was ok, the parking lot was not connected to the hotel. All elevators were broken except one. It was very hard for us since we needed ADA and there was no parking remotely close to the elevators. The room I got didnât have a bench in the shower as advertised on the pictures. The pull out mattress was also like 2 in thick and very hard to lay on. The service however was nice they came when needed. It was more of the other little issues and struggles that made it difficult.
Perfect location downtown. Breakfast/coctail hour area is beautiful and the rooms are exactly to embassy suite standard. Room separate from living room area. Easy walk to river and downtown
A nice, convenient place to stay which was close to everything we wanted to do. But only 1 of the 3 elevators was working so we had long wait times for the one elevator.
Parking was $55.00. Too expensive in addition room charges. The front desk staff was rude and under staffed. The hotel was not worth the price we paid.
Jonathan at the front desk was wonderful, every employee we came across was friendly and helpful. Only annoyance was the fact only one out of the three elevators was working..but this did not make or break the stay! The proximity and ease of access to everything makes it worth it!
