Why did they even register on Expedia (online booking), if they are not going to use or accept clients who book online?
We got to the property at 5.30pm, shiwed them our reservation/confirmation email, only to be returned as apparently it was full booked (they have already accepted cash bookings), despite our online booking which was made hours earlier.
That was a huge inconvenience on our side, and worse we had to go back and forth to finally get our refund.
Trust, if we had an issue with our booking, whereby our booking was made, and and our room was given to another guest because they failed to manage their systems in order. I went down to get something quickly from the shop and when I came back, they took out my stuff from the room that I had originally checked in and put another guest in 12 hours out and they had the nerve to redirect me at 2 AM in the morning to another property. The whole experience was just horrible. I wouldnât recommend to anyone.
