Disappointed
Hotel seemed to be short staffed. Took me over 25 minutes to check in, only two attendants, at times only one. One stayed on a phone call the entire time I was waiting. I personally think you need to take care of your customers in front of you before you stay on a long phone call.
Our room desperately needed a refresh and up grade. See the photo.
The grounds of the property are beautiful and very well maintained.
Each morning at the marketplace, where Starbucks is located, they only had one person working behind the counter. Every single morning I was at the resort and went for morning coffee, there were at least 20 people in line and it moved very slow.
