your website is misleading and took $152. from me just to be a middle man next time i will do it myself
was pleased with hotel and family trip but i will never use hotels.com again got swindled in some insurance and a middle man booking fee
The staff was very welcoming & helped our family members have rooms close together. Our room was very clean & quiet. We loved the bed linens. We did not care for paying extra for breakfast. We have had breakfast buffets that were just as good.
The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We asked to be moved. The hotel was filled so we had to stay, however Liz was very nice and had someone from housekeeping come up to spray Febreze, which help a bit. Also we were not told there was a fee for parking until we checked out.
Was very nice to have the morning cafe breakfast as complimentary and also the mexican restaurant on site was very good.
I had quite a lot of trouble getting the hot tub to work and couldn't get the jets to come on without A LOT of button pushes.
It was a good stay. Had some issues with a connecting room but it wan not the hotels fault. Do wish they had blackout curtains but I may have missed them
You need to get a friendlier person at the front desk. Not sure why she had a bit of an attitude with me it seemed from the get go. I travelled alone to visit my daughter in the hospital and I feel like I was overcharged for the room on the basement floor. I was charged for two breakfast and i didnât get one. By 10:15 there was no more coffee nor food. So how does that work do you refund me for two breakfast

There was no hot running water. The indoor pool water was green. The complimentary in room coffee pot was broken. When I complained all I got was "Sorry about that".
