Assez moyen dans l ensemble rien de notable chambre propre mais assez petite literie correcte accueil quelconque et plutĂŽt anonyme.Il existe beaucoup d autres hotels de cette gamme pour un prix plus raisonnable.
On arrival the surface area (desk and dresser drawer were dirty) and the sheets had red spots. They were only able to accommodate with a room change the next day. And the new room was awful too ( the tub paint was peeling, body soap was empty ). Building condition poor( elevator ceiling lights missing, scratched up surfaces) . Luggage carrier falling apart. Not at all worth the money!! Front desk phone not working. Horrible!!
The customer service was wonderful. The lady at the from desk from Detroit was amazing and she accommodated us soo much. The hotel was dated but her experience and service was top tier!!
Well there was hair in the sink, toilet and tv stand. Then the next day the towels had hair on it. Then one of the hand towels and hair tangled up on it this was the third day. Then there was dogs barking between 3 and 4 oâclock in the morning which woke me up out my sleep. Then the day I was leaving the fire alarm went off after 7 in the morning and then again after 9:30. I know check out time was at 11am but that was annoying and no one apologized for what happened. First time there but that experience will not have me back. Staff was excellent.
Our first impression was "what a great hotel". After being in our room for nine days things changed. Firstly, the door to our room was impossible to shut and to open. My wife found it impossible to open after we had left and returned to our room. It was reported to maintenance, but he said that the part had been ordered and didn't really know when the part might arrive. Secondly the accounting for our room charges were definitely questionable, not only from Fairfield but from Hotels.com. I will NEVER give my credit card number to a hotel it will be cash from now on. Apparently, a guaranteed hotel reservation at an agreed to price meant nothing. Room service also needed improved. In nine days, we had our room serviced once and that at our request. In our opinion Fairfield is poorly managed and in dire need of some major renovations.
Stay was ok . I stood and waited to check out . Clerk was talking to customer and finally said . You checking out ? He put basket in front of me for keys and it appeared he wrote my room # . . Iâve been waiting since 9:15 for a receipt . I finally got where I could check and still nothing so I found text and checked out via text. Now I get email with a so called receipt that shows me no info
Nice hotel and location not bad. Great water pressure in shower. Toilet was loose and moved around. Looks like painters didnât cover anything up. Allot of paint specks on floor. Breakfast was okay. Front desk ladies were nice. Only complaint house keeper knocked on our door around 9:30 asking if doing a late check out. We said no would be out shortly. Check out at 11:00. Something that shouldnât be asked. Especially since was late arrival night before.
There was nothing I liked about the property and my experience with the night employee Jesse was beyond worst nightmare. He was rude and unprofessional. Jesse seen that I paid with a different employee named Karen and then he said that I didnât pay gave me the run around told me he couldnât help meI mean it just was a lot. Especially for me to drive 10 hours with my children. The room was dirty the water ran from the toilet all night. And Inwas told the hotel was ocean front and come to find out it was no where near the ocean I was told the hotel had a kitchen in the room it didnât so it was false advertisement as well and I would definitely like to receive my money back.
