We enjoyed the hotelâs comfy beds and bedding. Room was very clean, hot water for tea and coffee in lobby was nice. Service was excellent. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool but it was closed for renovation. It was an important factor in choosing the hotel so it was disappointing that there was no warning about the planned renovation in the listing and the only reason that there isnât 5 stars for each category. It would have been better if there was an alternative pool offered but none was available.
The rooms when we arrived we not very clean the floors were dirty and the bathroom had a smell the whole time we were there we had to leave the fan running and our room keys didnât work we had to go downstairs and get then fixed 2 time.
Bed was so comfortable, I didnât even wake in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. Very clean! Staff was awesome. My only recommendation would be to have a recycle bucket in the room.
Our room was very dusty. The headboard had about a half of inch of dust on it and there were broken nail clippings on the night stand and on the floor. The painting on the wall was so dusty The floors had not been cleaned. For the amount of money we paid to stay here Iâm highly disappointed. On day 2 housekeeping barged in on us even though there was a do not disturb sign on our door.
Nice, especially bar & restaurants- god service. Bar tender friendly+.
Only issue was
Room was bare - no notice in the room about the restaurant.
No signs in the room for emergency. No notice about wear to get ice & phone for front desk didnât work or answer. I had to come down to ask where the ice & vending machines were! And was told on the 4rh floor but I never found them on the 4th south???
Not even a pad or pen in the room. Coffee was only for one cup!
