One of the main problems we had with this hotel is the total lack of english speaking personnel which made all communications extremely difficult.
But that was not the worst problem: while one of the two ladies that run the place (sorry I don't know her name, but she's the tall one with glasses) was extremely nice and helpful and service oriented, the other one was, in our pinion, much less friendly. When we arrived and asked for the wi-fi (advertised as included and free when we booked) we were "told" that it was broken and therefore unavailable. We asked for the password anyway, since I wanted to see for myself and we were met at first with some resistance. When finally this second lady gave us the password and we saw that internet was blocked, I tried to explain that we had actually paid for the wi-fi, as it was included in the price and advertised as free. The lady became immediately agitated and rather aggressive, I have no idea what she said but I think she was getting quite angry at the idea that they could be responsible for refunding us any money (which they never did, in any case. Also the same lady, after our only dinner at the restaurant, refused to give us a receipt: again, since she only spoke german, I have no idea of what reason she gave us for not delivering the receipt.
After our first night, we came back to the room in the late afternoon and found the room had not been made. For two days they forgot to replace the used shower-gel bag.
