Outstanding service, especially from Tom, the reservations manager.
I left my iPad behind in my room. Tom made sure to immediately track it down from housekeeping, then proactively took it upon himself to have it posted to me. Unfortunately, the parcel was returned to him due to delivery problems, but he didn't hesitate to resend it immediately to the right address.
Excellent service, and a model for how to deal with these circumstances. I'm grateful and will back!
