Hotel and staff was great only thing that I didnât like was the breakfast was $16 a person, and the indoor pool area was very cold, other than that our stay was great.
This hotel is very dated and not as described on the Hotels.com app. When we first walked in, they said they had two pools that we could enjoy, but the outdoor pool was empty. Hotels.com said it had a hot tub when we got there it was filled in with plants, but still had a sign on the wall, talking about the whirlpool. Our room was clean but very dated. The bathroom faucets hardly turned, and there were stains all over the floor. Breakfast was very good which they did give us for free since we couldnât use the pool or the hot tub as advertised.
They put energy into making the public areas look beautiful, given the impression that itâs a more upscale luxurious hotel. But thereâs nothing special about the rooms. There is no hot tub despite saying areas on Expedia. Apparently itâs been that way for a long time. The breakfast is overpriced ($11 at booking or $16 onsite) and no better than the typical free breakfast at any $100 night hotel
